Government employees and educated peoples mostly found violating traffic rules and  destroying the newly made garden. KTM city has well decorated during the SAARC summit. But mostly caught govt employees and educated peoples by civil dressed police during the ruining it.

One girls with red jacket was about to cross the road by breaking the traffic rule but she was called back by the police . She hadn't thought that she gets that big punishment for crossing the road from everywhere. 

Common citizen, gang of students coming from collage and employees going office were walking trampling the newly planted flowers. Civil dressed polices were operated everywhere to catch them.

Sunday morning more than hundreds peoples were caught. Monday also police bothered with catching and convincing them.

Some of pedestrian peoples were orally fighting with police. I asked to some peoples who were crossing the by trampling the garden"you don't know that we don't trample the gardens? They replied me in angst,"we know that we don't have to trample the garden but why made garden here without any zebra cross?"

One old man rejected to go upto that zebra cross with saying that is enough far for me to go, then police helped him to cross the road.
